Day-of coverage
A standard 2-person crew handles a single-day corporate event up to about 200 attendees. One operator runs primary keynote and stage coverage with a second camera locked off for safety. The other moves through the room capturing candid networking, reactions, branded moments, and pulls people aside for short on-camera interviews.
Audio
We pull a direct feed from the AV soundboard for keynote audio. Interviews are captured with lavaliers. Ambient room sound is captured separately for editing. If the event has live music or panel discussions, we coordinate with the AV team in advance to make sure mic feeds reach our recorder.
What you get back
The standard delivery is a 2 to 3 minute highlight reel suitable for social and recap email, plus individual full-session recordings of every keynote and panel. We can also cut 30-second social teasers, 60-second "thank you to sponsors" pieces, and individual testimonial clips from the on-site interviews.
Common add-ons
Same-day social cuts (delivered within hours, while the event is still happening) are an extra line item. Multicam keynote capture with 3 or more cameras is also separate. Live streaming we sub out to a streaming partner since it's a different specialty.
